Attorney Jonathan Thomas McPhee is licensed to practice in the states of New Hampshire and Maine and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
For many years prior to attending law school, Attorney McPhee earned his living working far offshore as a commercial fisherman out of ports up and down the Atlantic Coast. The firm’s name is a tribute to all of these long years. For a decade and half, Attorney McPhee’s job was to get on an ocean-going boat and not come home until the gear was set and hauled, the job done, and the boat’s hold full of fish come hell or high water. He strongly believes that these years will always inform his person and his practice, and will always benefit his clients.
Jonathan maintains a strong focus on business and real estate law and is dedicated to serving the personal legal needs of their business and real estate community clients and their families, across a broad range of legal services including probates, wills, trust and estate planning, personal injury matters, insurance claims, and all manner of civil ligation. Throughout the Great Recession and Foreclosure Crisis, he handled a significant amount of troubled debt matters, creditor workouts and negotiations, foreclosure defense, and bankruptcies.
